With each rental, we provide a Concierge who will greet you upon your arrival. They will also be available to you during your stay should you need anything.

At the Rancho Mirage Private Gated Country Club on the corner of Bob Hope and Frank Sinatra Drive. The house is about 2,500 square feet and has great Northern and Southern sun exposure.

Each bathroom is stocked with basic bath and shower products.

Private pool and jacuzzi are heated upon request.

Bicycles and a private golf cart are provided for your convenience to navigate around the Country Club.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.
DO GUESTS RECEIVE ANY GOLF PLAYING PRIVILEGES?
Yes, the private golf course is available for our guests use.
IS THERE INTERNET IN THE HOME?

Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.
ARE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES SUPPLIED IN EACH BATHROOM?
Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
